Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Interior Designer with experience in luxury residential and commercial projects. The role involves conceptualizing and executing sophisticated interior spaces that reflect premium aesthetics, functionality, and superior craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop luxury interior design concepts aligned with client lifestyle, brand, and architectural intent
• Conduct client meetings to understand functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements
• Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, 3D concepts, and material specifications
• Curate premium materials, finishes, fittings, lighting, furniture, and accessories
• Present design concepts to clients and refine designs based on feedback
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for flawless execution
• Oversee on-site implementation to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
• Manage procurement, delivery, and installation of luxury interior products
• Provide post-handover support and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in luxury villas, bungalows, high-rise residences, hospitality, or premium commercial interiors
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Photoshop etc.).
• Proven experience working on high-end finishes, bespoke furniture, and premium materials
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, spatial planning, and luxury trends
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects independently
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset and Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Technical & Design Skills : 

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and detailed construction drawings
• Ability to create high-end design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes
• Strong knowledge of lighting design, furniture detailing, surface finishes, and soft furnishings
• Working knowledge of building codes, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards
• Understanding of construction methods, material specifications, and luxury execution standards
• Ability to prepare project budgets, BOQs, and furniture cost estimates
