Mr. Vikas Jain isn't just a builder; he is an architect who has learned from the best. He studied at the famous MNIT Jaipur and then went on to do his masters at the National University of Singapore.
Before starting in Jaipur, he worked as an architect in Singapore and China. He believes that good architecture shapes good lives. He holds important positions in the Indian Institute of Architects.
As the Managing Director of Sankalp Group, she brings something special to the table: her background in software engineering. Most builders stick to old ways, but she saw early that technology can make things better.
She takes great pride in merging innovative technology with real estate development. Ms. Jain feels technology should make life simple. You can see this in projects like Alexa Homes, where smart living is real, not just talk.

'Carpet area' is the entire area measured from wall-to-wall excluding the thickness of all walls.
Carpet area is usable floor area within walls. Built-up area includes carpet area plus outer wall thickness. Super built-up area also includes a proportionate share of common amenities like lobbies and lifts.
