The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of real estate development projects — from concept planning and approvals to construction execution and final delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and strategic decision-making abilities to ensure successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Align project execution with business goals and development strategy
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare detailed project budgets and monitor financial performance
- Ensure efficient cost utilization and financial accountability
Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and construction norms
Execution & Coordination
- Manage project phases including design development, procurement, construction, and handover
- Track progress and ensure projects remain on schedule
Quality Assurance
- Implement strict quality control processes
- Ensure construction standards meet industry benchmarks and project specifications
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain transparent communication between management, consultants, and contractors
- Provide regular progress reports, project documentation, and updates
Leadership & Performance
- Lead cross-functional teams and build a collaborative work culture
- Drive productivity and ensure high-performance project delivery
Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
🎓 Master’s Degree in relevant discipline (Preferred)Experience Required
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate project management
