Before Jaipur, he worked as an architect in Singapore and China. He believes that good architecture shapes good lives, and holds important positions at the Indian Institute of Architects.

What is the definition of 'carpet area' of a flat?+
'Carpet area' is the entire area measured from wall-to-wall, excluding the thickness of all walls - the usable floor area within your home.
Difference between built-up, super built-up & carpet area?+
Carpet area is usable floor area within walls. Built-up area includes carpet area plus outer wall thickness. Super built-up area also includes a proportionate share of common amenities like lobbies and lifts.
What exactly is a Free Hold flat?+
A freehold property is one where there is a whole and sole owner(s) - ownership is full and unconditional within the provisions of the law, with no lessor/lessee involved.
Who tells the market value of a property?+
The Sub-Registrar's office under the State Government's Revenue Department maintains circle rates. For current market prices, a registered property valuer provides an accurate assessment.
