Our Journey

From a Vision to a Legacy.

Every big building starts with a strong base, and our story is just like that. Our journey began back in 2006. Our dream was simple: to bring world-class buildings to Rajasthan. At that time, Jaipur was growing, but something was missing. There were many builders, but very few who really understood what modern families needed.

That is where we stepped in.

The Early Days (2006 – 2010):
We started with big hopes. Honestly, in the beginning, we just spent time listening. We wanted to know what Jaipur families were really looking for. We realized people wanted modern homes but didn’t want to lose that community feeling. That simple understanding helped us build our first few projects, and the trust we got from those first families gave us the push to do more.

Growing Bigger (2011 – 2018):
Once people started trusting our work, we decided to think bigger. We moved from building simple flats to creating real landmarks. This was an exciting time for us. We launched projects that brought new ideas to the city. Like with Alexa Homes—we introduced “Smart Homes” when automation was still a brand-new thing here. It was a risk, but it paid off because you loved it.

Reaching New Heights (2019 – Present):
Today, Sankalp Group is a name most people in Rajasthan know. We built The Rise, which really proved our engineering skills to everyone. Then we launched The Index in Jagatpura, which has become such a busy spot for shopping and offices now.

But we aren’t stopping there. With huge new projects like Spectrum 21 coming up, we are still moving forward with the same excitement we had on our very first day.

Mr. Vikas Jain: The Architect Behind the Group.

Leading Sankalp Group is a man who sees things a bit differently. Mr. Vikas Jain isn’t just a builder; he is an architect who has learned from the best.

He studied at the famous MNIT Jaipur and then went on to do his masters at the National University of Singapore. But more than his degrees, it is his experience that matters. Before he started building in Jaipur, he worked as an architect in Singapore and China. He saw how the best cities in the world were built and brought those ideas back to Jaipur.

This is what sets Sankalp Group apart from others. Most developers look at a project from a financial angle, but Mr. Jain looks at it from a design perspective. He believes that good architecture shapes good lives.

He is also very respected in his field, holding important positions in groups like the Indian Institute of Architects. For him, Sankalp Group is his way of bringing his architectural dreams to life.
