CRM Head – Real Estate Only (Post Sales & Backend Operations)

Location:Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for an experienced CRM Head (Post Sales & Backend Operations) to lead and manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle for our premium real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in real estate backend operations, collections, legal documentation, registry, possession management, and customer relationship management.

Key Result Areas (KRA) / Responsibilities

Post-Sales Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Manage complete post-sales customer journey from booking to final possession
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding, payment scheduling, and milestone tracking
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

Collections & Payment Recovery

  • Drive collections as per demand schedule and payment milestones
  • Monitor overdue accounts and execute recovery strategies
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts team for payment reconciliation

Documentation & Legal Coordination

  • Oversee customer documentation verification and compliance
  • Manage booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, and legal paperwork
  • Ensure complete documentation before registry and possession

Agreement Execution & Registry Management

  • Coordinate drafting and execution of Sale Agreements / Lease Agreements
  • Manage registry scheduling, stamp duty, registration formalities, and document handover
  • Liaise with legal teams, registry offices, and customers for smooth execution

Home Loan & Banking Coordination

  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements
  • Track sanction letters, disbursement status, and pending documentation
  • Ensure seamless coordination between customers and banking partners

Possession & Handover Management

  • Plan possession schedules in coordination with project/site teams
  • Ensure pre-possession compliance including dues clearance and documentation
  • Manage possession handover and closure process

CRM Backend Operations & MIS

  • Maintain CRM database, customer records, payment schedules, and documentation status
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports for collections, registry, possession, and recovery
  • Monitor operational KPIs and improve process efficiency

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Banking, Marketing, and Site Execution teams
  • Ensure smooth internal workflow and timely resolution of process bottlenecks

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and mentor CRM executives and backend teams
  • Build SOP-driven systems for process efficiency and compliance

Candidate Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post Sales / Backend Operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years in leadership role

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred)
