Executive Assistant to MD & Process Coordinator Job Opening at Sankalp Builders Jaipur
We are looking for a highly structured, execution-focused and detail-driven professional to work closely with the Managing Director while driving operational excellence across departments.
This role combines Executive Assistance with Process Coordination, ensuring seamless communication, disciplined execution, data accuracy, and timely delivery across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Projects, and Accounts.
The ideal candidate will act as the central command point for coordination, reporting, and follow-ups, ensuring that business priorities are tracked, aligned, and executed without delays.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Assistance to MD
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and priorities
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Act as a single point of communication between MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Track key decisions and ensure strict follow-ups on action items
- Handle confidential documents, reports, and business communication
- Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and special projects
2. Reporting & Task Tracking
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly reporting discipline across departments
- Build and maintain structured MIS dashboards & reporting calendars
- Track task progress, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
- Ensure zero delays through proactive follow-ups and reminders
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate between Sales, CRM, Marketing, Projects, and Accounts
- Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Actively resolve communication gaps and workflow bottlenecks
- Maintain clarity and accountability across teams
4. Task Delegation & Execution Monitoring
- Assist in assigning tasks based on priority and workload
- Monitor execution and ensure on-time task closure
- Escalate delays proactively and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a structured task tracking system
5. Data Validation & Quality Control
- Verify accuracy of sales data, CRM reports, project updates
- Conduct periodic audits for data reliability and consistency
- Ensure all reports are fact-based, error-free, and actionable
8. Management Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Highlight key metrics: task status, delays, performance gaps
- Provide actionable insights to support management decisions

Qualifications & Experience

- 2–4 years experience in Operations / EA / Process Coordination
- Experience in Real Estate / Sales-driven environment preferred
