Accountant (CA Final – Appeared)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant who has appeared for CA Final (not cleared) to join our finance team in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting records, statutory compliance, taxation support, and financial reporting related to real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
• Manage GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and input credit tracking.
• Assist in TDS calculation, return filing, and compliance.
• Support project accounting and cost tracking for ongoing real estate projects.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain documentation related to property transactions and agreements
• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank deposits

Qualifications:

• CA Final Appeared candidate seeking practical industry exposure.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation (GST & TDS).
• Understanding of Real Estate Accounting (preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
