Mr. Vikas Jain began his career as an architect in Singapore followed by a short span of experience in the building design industry in China and other parts of the globe and then he stepped into real estate delivering renowned projects like Suparshwa Garden City, Sankalp Alexa Homes, The Rise and upcoming Sankalp Resort and The Index. The intellectual and entrepreneurship skills gave him the vision to look beyond regular real estate development, hence the saga of luxury real estate began and no looking back then. With enriched and vast experience today he holds many prestigious positions at national and international bodies such as Indian Institute of architects and council of architects.
