Job Summary: As a Company Secretary you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, supporting corporate governance, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.   • Prepare, file, and maintain statutory documents, such as annual returns, financial statements, and other legal documents as required by regulatory authorities.
