We are hiring a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support and streamline daily sales operations across Pre-Sales, Tele-Sales, and Site Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily meetings with Sales & Pre-Sales teams (Google Meet).

  • Monitor daily call reports, follow-ups, site visits, and lead status.

  • Ensure proper documentation of customer meetings, site visits & home visits.

  • Conduct welcome and feedback calls to clients.

  • Track lead progress and ensure leads are not diverted or lost.

  • Maintain team reports, DSRs, calling sheets, and incentive sheets.

  • Assign tasks, plan rosters, and follow up for timely completion.

  • Cross-check sales through brokers and ensure full documentation for each closure.

Billing Engineer

Job Summary: - The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing all project billing and invoicing processes in construction projects. This includes verifying quantities, coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring accurate and timely generation of bills in accordance with contract terms and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit interim and final bills to clients as per contract conditions.
  • Verify the quantity of work executed on-site in coordination with site engineers.
  • Check subcontractor/vendor bills, and ensure alignment with project work orders and terms.
  • Maintain records of all billing activities, including measurements, material reconciliations, and financial summaries.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in billing and estimation within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and billing processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Tally, or similar).
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of construction contracts (Lump Sum, Item Rate, etc.).
  • Experience with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and cost estimation.
