Spectrum 21 Construction Update for October

As Diwali lights up homes across the city, we are pleased to share the Spectrum 21 construction update for October 2026. Work at the site is moving ahead on schedule.

This month, the building continued to rise, and finishing work began in the spaces residents will use every day. Whether you have already booked your home or you are still exploring apartments in Jaipur, here is a simple look at the progress.

Sankalp Spectrum 21 is located on Main Sirsi Road in Vaishali Nagar and will be the tallest building in the area. Below are the five main works completed or in progress this month.

1. 8th Floor Roof Slab: Steel Work in Progress

The biggest task this month is on the 8th floor, where our team is preparing the roof slab. Steel bars are laid out in a grid and tied firmly at every crossing point.

Once this is done, concrete will be poured over the steel to form a strong, solid floor. The steel will no longer be visible after that, but it is what gives the building its strength for decades. Our engineers check every section carefully before the concrete work begins.

2. 6th Floor: Concrete and Brick Work

The biggest task this month is on the 8th floor, where our team is preparing the roof slab. Steel bars are laid out in a grid and tied firmly at every crossing point.

On the 6th floor, the concrete work is moving forward and the brick walls have started to come up.

This is an exciting stage. An open floor slowly turns into proper rooms, and buyers can begin to picture where their living room, bedrooms and kitchen will be.

3. Boundary Wall: Pillars Taking Shape

Along the edge of the plot, the pillars of the boundary wall are being cast, and the wall between them is being built.

Our workers are using proper scaffolding and safety gear throughout. Once complete, the boundary wall will keep the campus safe, secure and private for every family living here.

4. Ground Floor Lounge: Floor Polishing

Polishing has started in the ground floor lounge. The stone floor is getting its natural shine, and the dark design lines set into it are now clearly visible.

The lounge is the first space residents and guests will see when they walk in, so we are giving it special care.

5. Residential Lobby: Final Touches

The residential lobby is now getting its final look. Work is underway on the ceiling and walls, and the light points have been marked.

A well-designed lobby makes coming home a pleasant experience every day. Finishing the lobby and lounge while the upper floors are still being built shows that different parts of the project are progressing together.

The Site at a Glance

From the road, the building now stands several floors high. It is covered with green safety nets, and tall cranes are lifting material to the upper floors. Anyone passing along Sirsi Road can now clearly see Spectrum 21 taking shape.

Coming Soon: 75,000 Sq. Ft. of Amenities
